With this processor (400 single, 700 multi core on geekbench) and 4GB RAM on WIN11 (which needs more RAM than WIN10), you can probably barely use any video conferencing software. And if you want to do something else like taking notes on the device, it will lagg like hell, imo. Heck, single core performance of a smartphone is more powerful than the performance of the enitre laptop.
I just bought that laptop from Amazon. But the question is, can Linux be installed on that laptop?

It's not normal Windows 11, it uses Windows 11 SE and it's cloud based so it doesn't need that much processing power
I like the "people can afford it" approach. Its probably slow by modern standards, but the price is nice.
