Какой крекер можно использовать? Он не размокает?
Можно использовать плотные крекеры или с семенами, цельнозерновые. Важно собирать канапе на крекерах ближе к подаче, чтобы минимизировать время, в течение которого крекер подвергается воздействию влаги. Канапе на видео у меня на столе простояли более 2,5 часов и не размокли.😊
