The english were defeated by disease shortly after arriving at the front, Turkey was weakened (that's the only reason why russia dared to attack) and Sardinian support was more symbolic.

Napoleon lost because he fought on many fronts, in Spain, in russia + he had to have troops in Europe to prevent uprisings and he was constantly repelling British attacks. Besides, he lost to Winter, not russia
