At door 1000 you do get a achievement but you also get a tablet it acts like a camara u can use it on finding keys and at door 100 the switches it tells you the exact location of the items. At door 100 (in doors not the rooms) there is a specific stair way that goes down to a portal u can put any item into this portal what this does is it saves the item you put into that portal for your next run..
