Yes I agree on the need for this type of teaching in high school. I have been saying this for quite some time.

Scott, my daughter’s high school teaches a course call financial literary; how to fill income tax, etc.
They have a simulation where if they just graduated from high school.. and they have to find a job, an apt.. type of job they will get without any work experience.. and they even throw a wrench like her apt got robbed ..how she can take night classes to improve her income level..
It was an eye opening for her

I watched a few of your videos and the content is great, thanks. The climate though from when you purchased your first property to buying one now is so drastically different. Getting approved with a low stated income seems impossible…
