I think there’s also very important details in the talk they have in prison.
Electro says “…he caused an overload, I was stuck in the grid, absorbing data…”, I think that shows that:
1: he did’t actually die in TASM 2, he just was like absorbed to the grid
2: that could also be the reason he knows Peters identity (justifiing him being brought by the spell), by the data he was absorbing (maybe got something on Peter’s cloud, a chat with Gwen or something like that) that reveals his identity but not his actual face (also justifiing him being surprised by Peter not being black, even though he someway knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man)
Also, what jumped to me as a discrepancy, is that Sandman says Goblin death impaled by his own glider was on the news, weird, since Harry didn’t know that till his butler told him

Bcz we hear Tobey acknowledging his fight with Venom and Andrew did the same telling about Rhino, but no discussion about both Harry's except one time Norman recollects about his son. Why is that so??

But reason for hand and ten rings not knowing each other I think it's because hand exists in NYC and wenvu (shang chi Father) spent most of his time in Asia so he might have never gone to America. Also wenvu's real aim is to bring back his wife so he has no reason to fight other organizations simply for power.

So he doesn't know about much about what's going on there The hand exists in NYC. Also the hand did all their work more secretly to avoid heroes like avengers or anyone who might spoil their plans. So it's likely even if they knew about the ten rings they would have avoided just because how powerful wenvu is. But most likely they don't know about each other.

I have a question, after watching #SpiderManNoWayHome, based on what #DoctorStrange says whoever knows Peter Parker are pulled into MCU's reality. In that case why not Captain Stacy and Gwen Stacy weren't pulled to MCU's reality as they know who Spiderman is. I mean the characters pulled are dead ones so why not them?

I think they didn't wanted to increase the length of the movie or another reason might be that they wanted to include them but some of the actors were not available due to pandemic or some other reasons as the actors for lizard and sandman weren't available but they provided voice lines for their characters and that's why in the movie there were recycled scenes from previous Spiderman films.
They did come into this universe but went back without meeting anyone just like venom
