I was there last night and this is the best concert that she ever had,,,this is one of her finale songs and it was really a blast performance,,it may not be a perfect but it was very emotional and you could feel the intensity of every word that she sung...she was not there to impress but to express how versatile and good storyteller she is and thats what matters that is why she is at the TOP of her game.

True, there were off sounding notes, but IT DOESN'T MATTER! I was there last night, the very first concert I've watched and I will never regret it. She gave us everything she had. She danced, sang ballad, hiphop,jazz,pop etc. Numerous times "namumuo luha" ko because of the superb performance she's given to us. She may not be the best vocalist, but She GAVE EVERYTHING out of the talent that LORD has given to her and thats what matters the most. I was just too happy to see her from start, how she worked hard to be where she is right now. You can see how she really love her craft and her supporters!! Sabe nya, gnawa na nya lahat ng magagawa nya kase di nya alam kung may next 5 years pa sya. Yes by aging, darating ang time when she wont be able to dance and sing the way she does. But with the love and support of her supporters, another 15 years is not impossible. When her vocal chords were damaged, may mga nagsabe na palaos na sya. That was 10 years ago...and yet nasan sya ngayon. Still the queen of her Generation.

Pero makikita mo that she really wants to give her all para sa mga pmunta to watch her concert. Truly resilient! Off sounding notes? I think you are not used in hearing singers using mixed voice. You are used to chest voice, head voice and whistle. If you will only listen carefully her mixed voice notes are excellent. It is hard to use mixed bc your voice is more prone to cracking.
Legit Stan Im not that "Technical" you know. "Some" sounded off to me, that's my preference. And am not a Whistle fan...if I am, sure you will find me in Morisette videos but sorry you wont. And I think I already made a point that regardless of Sarah's imperfections, which she also acknowledged, I still prefer her over other singers / performers here in the Philippines. True, there were off sounding notes, but IT DOESN'T MATTER! I was there last night, the very first concert I've watched and I will never regret it. She gave us everything she had. She danced, sang ballad, hiphop,jazz,pop etc. Numerous times "namumuo luha" ko because of the superb performance she's given to us. She may not be the best vocalist, but She GAVE EVERYTHING out of the talent that LORD has given to her and thats what matters the most. I was just too happy to see her from start, how she worked hard to be where she is right now. You can see how she really love her craft and her supporters!! Sabe nya, gnawa na nya lahat ng magagawa nya kase di nya alam kung may next 5 years pa sya. Yes by aging, darating ang time when she wont be able to dance and sing the way she does. But with the love and support of her supporters, another 15 years is not impossible. When her vocal chords were damaged, may mga nagsabe na palaos na sya. That was 10 years ago...and yet nasan sya ngayon. Still the queen of her Generation.

Off sounding notes? I think you are not used in hearing singers using mixed voice. You are used to chest voice, head voice and whistle. If you will only listen carefully her mixed voice notes are excellent. It is hard to use mixed bc your voice is more prone to cracking.

Im not that "Technical" you know. "Some" sounded off to me, that's my preference. And am not a Whistle fan...if I am, sure you will find me in Morisette videos but sorry you wont. And I think I already made a point that regardless of Sarah's imperfections, which she also acknowledged, I still prefer her over other singers / performers here in the Philippines.
