I am a retired Police Sergent and I observe several unmarked vehicles plying the public road on a daily bases with Cyrene and get the general public or other road user to rush off the road

Mr slowe I’d like to ask this question. Like how the chief justice had passed the ruling on the promotion and the administration failed to recognize it can these police officer take them to court because as far as I’m aware is that you are suppose to uphold all ruling of the court .
