Worth to read! I created my first vision 3 years ago. I wanted a better body. After sometime I saw my body more lean and a little bit more muscle mass. Right now I have 3 visions including that one. I remember that I was feeling unsure about the future, in constant stress about it. But after doing a retrospective, I saw that my future as already been designed in my early years of live. All of the visions and some childhood memories, go direct to that outcome. I'm more confident than ever, because I deeply know that I can achieve however I want, and big part of that process is keeping visualizing and rewire my brain. You can do it too. You have to create strong visions. I created my first one 3 years ago and I still remember that like if it was yesterday. You can do it. Don't settle for a average life, when you can be the greatest.
