- We visited Coorg (aka Scotland Of India) at the beginning of Monsoon, and I must say this was one of the best places to visit for bikers in Monsoon. Curvy roads, off road patches, small biking trails through small villages have made our experience so rich.

Lovely weather, lovely vlog. Subscribed.
Mysore road expressway isn't allowed for bikes.. How did u go?
We went more than a year ago, back then it was allowed but later the authority gave clear directive
Just mesmerizing from Kolkata.
Your voice and presentation is really good
I am planning to go to coorg in August 1st week by Bike. will it be good to travel at that time
Oh yes should be good, almost end of rainy season I think.

Are we allowed to take NH275 from Bangalore in November 2024 ? i.e. tomorrow ?
@LifeAfterMBA oh not sure Bro, we didn't take that recently. Will update if I get to know anything.
@@theeccentricdreamer OK
Please explain also the route when you cross the main city or famous places like Ramanagara where the Sholey movie was shooting 30-40 years before perhaps.
Sure 👍
Mast video banaya bhai...♥️👍👌
Did you get good places to stop for food and washroom?
U stay in Attibele?
Yes, near Attibele 😀
❤
Dude this is so awesome 😍
can I cover bangalore/Mahadevpura to coorg in a day ?
Oh! You can for sure, but there are a lot of places to see around coorg so if you want to visit all, it would be tough. It takes approx 6-7 hours (with small breaks) one side.
hi bro pls share g-location if possible, planning to coorg on 21 to 24 Oct pls suggest bike itinerary.
Hi, the location where we stayed has been mentioned in the description. For bike route, honestly the mysore expressway we could take back then was amazing, just that I got to hear now it doesn't allow bikers to ply on. But you can take any other route. For itinerary, I would say, while reaching there try visiting the Monestary as it's gonna be on the way. Next day go out exploring Abbey falls and may be Elephant camp trip. You can also go for trekking to Kotebetta if you are interested ( we couldn't do so because of limited time) the 3rd day. Wish you a happy journey 😃
What is the name & location of the property that you stayed at??
The planter's bungalow 😊. Kept the detail in the description for reference actually.
@@theeccentricdreamer thank you
How did you take the expressway bijes arent alloiin it right ? Great content though.
Many thanks! Actually we went long back and that time it was allowed but later that month only they started stopping 2 wheelers strictly 😞, so now it's going to be quite a hassle to reach Coorg.
Oh so you shot long ago but uploaded later gotcha 🤣 @@theeccentricdreamer
Ah! No no.. I might have posted after 10-15 days of that trip so it's been almost 9 months now so back then it was not that strict and no one stopped us or any other bikers 😄
Lovely ❤❤
which place did you stay?
The Plantar's Bungalow. Will keep the details in the description 😊
Thank you. Nice content 👍
Bro which mobile holder is that? Looks nice!
The mobile holder on the bike? That I got from JC road, Bangalore (offline store) long back. A brand named JB Racing.
Is it ns 160 or 200?
And it's a very good👍 vlog. I stay in HSR Layout near by electronic city. Your editing is 💯❤🔥
Thank you for your positive feedback! 😍 It is NS200 that my friend has, and it's very good in smaller cc segment.
hey nice video.
planning for a trip from Bangalore to coorg during the long weekend around 15th Aug via car.
What would be your views wrt the trip via car and timings wrt monsoon etc ? TIA
Oh yes, even car would be an amazing option. Just one thing though, check the weather forecast before finalizing your hotel booking coz July-Aug it rains pretty heavily there so you may not be able to cover a lot of places from Coorg, if it rains continuously. Rest should be fine 😊
Bro which route did you take from Bangalore? People suggest going via Channarayapatna
What do you suggest?
We took the Mysore-Bangalore expressway route. If you are planning to go by bike take Nelamangla> Kunigal> Channarayapatna route (as now it's not allowed for bikes) but if you take car, you can take Mysore expressway, it will save you time (unless you stay near to Nelamagla). We took the Ramanagara, Mandya route btw and it was really good. You will find good restaurants (with restrooms) on both of of these routes so shouldn't be an issue at all. Happy Journey :)
❤
Bro, Heard mysore bengaluru expressway is blocked for bikes rn. I'm travelling to coorg tomorrow, Can you pin me a map link maybe for which route to take? Just a bit confused. BTW, Awesome video man.
Hey yes you are right, and that's really a sad news for the bikers. However, I didn't take that route very recently (not at least after the news came out) so not 100% sure. Nonetheless, give it a shot, if someone stops you can always find a service road to take an alternative route ☺.
@@theeccentricdreamer which route did you take?
@@subhadip1254 we took the mysore bangalore expressway route. If the expressway is not allowed you can still take the same route without getting on the expressway, just that you might find a lot of local traffic in that route. We took the ramanagara, Mandya route but you can also take Nelamangla, Kunigal, channarayapatna route.
Please do not promote such roads.. They are not designed & made to handle heavy traffic.. Those are narrow interior village roads used by the locals to reach their home & estates.. If they are promoted for tourists; then it gives room for confusion, frustration & then untoward incidents.. Hope you understand.. Otherwise your vlog is awesome.. 😊
Sure, a fair point 👍. And thanks for your appreciation.
