Never listen to a politician party’s words , it always a spin on the truth, as of July 01 I’ve Been informed that my power supplier will be increasing cost per unit, as with most government handouts it will be consumed with a price adjustment. Power companies winners tax payers PAY . Elbow just handed a couple of hundred million of Tax dollars to private companies . Higher for longer is labour new cat call. Guess elbow gonna be a consultant for the power companies when he gets booted out next year.

16:22 - yeh i remember attending a tribunal for a Uni assignment and the member stopped the proceeding well into it when he realized the applicant wasn’t a tenant, but effectively in a boarding house arrangement, which isn’t regulated if it’s just one spare room.
Currently, it seems like Melbourne property market is either stagnates, falls or slightly goes up (in some location only). Understand that, the new propose tenant law, and and high land tax is driving away investors. Are there any reasons that could cause this stagnation we are seeing? Also will there be any scenario that could cause a rise in Melbourne property market again? Currently I am still saving up for my deposit, would be ideal to understand when the rise value will come in so I am prepared. Thanks heaps for your inputs.

I think everyone is at their wits end in how the various levels of government have turned a blind eye to foreign property investment and immigration and how this has now penalised everyone. We need a political party to identify what is happening and structure their policies and they will win at every level at the next elections.
