I wouldnt stay in the general area where /rtp brings you, i've seen that (or atleast reeeeally simmilar) plugin before, and it doesnt actually choose a random location, it just picks one from a selection of pre-existing points which means that there are chances of players teleporting to the same spot where you have been taken to.

I save, then I join in, before I even get in the server it says disconnected from the server before I get in. And it also says no one is on.
