I think it'd be respectful to one's parents and tell them you're getting married. Permission, in the other hand, is not needed. But, it's always never that simple 😅😊.
A good assistant /nurse can do some basic surgery work and get a major operation organized . They run the operating room! They are the sergeants of the hospital.
My friend was diagnosed with diabetes after a nurse suggested it at least a year before the doctor decided to look into it ! My friend had several health conditions and in and out of hospital where they only ever treated the current symptoms
When people ask you "Who do you think you are?", throw the question back to them. Because they are just as ordinary as you are. No one is above anyone else regardless of station. And what is the big deal about her son being a doctor when he can't even stand up to his own mother?
Except for backwater sub-third-world cultures where ANYONE older than you by ANY amount MUST be deferred to (sometimes by literal FORCE OF LAW), and child abuse isn't LEGALLY "a thing." The "big thing" about becoming/being a doctor is, I guess, it's hard? Guess it's hard if you want to be a GOOD doctor...
She calls her own son Dr. Wright?😂 It seems like the prestige of having a doctor for a son has gone to her head. And being a surgical nurse is nothing to sneeze at. Btw, I hope they’re just asking for the MILs blessing and not permission to get married.
Ummm.....If both of you are in love and consenting adults Why the Hell do you actually need somebody's else's blessing or permission to get married? I can't believe they're begging tooth and nail to get married. Most people just get married and that's it.
GOOD LORD people if you can't be faithful don't get married. OH what fresh hell is this? this crappy lady honestly thought this girl was going to stop what she was doing and take care of her and the ex thought she was going to take care of HIS mommy for him after the way he treated her? EX MEAN'S EX.
If the Mil has end stage Cancer , why didn't she get admitted to Palliative Care/Hospice . That's what I did for my mother had Stage 4 small cell Lung Cancer .
Major red flag if grown azz adults (male and female) have to get permission to have someone in their life of their choice. Damn it being 2024, has it always been like this? I don’t recall it being this way.
A grown man needing permission from mommy to marry 🤢🤮I’m gonna barf !!!!!

What do you mean You didn't read his chart before you started surgery...WHAT THE HECK!!😮
Why are grown people begging to get married!😵💫
IKR. Just go and marry. Your parents have no say in the matter.
Exactly
The chief of surgery wants you to report to his room....room? Not office?
I will never agreed to those demands.

Again, never ever underestimate nurses! My gosh!
Yeah. It sickening how he begged his mother for her approval. Why is it even that important? He does sound like a mamas boy.
Ugh
So the husband is horrible too? It's a shame he apparently didn't get charged alimony or child support
Nurses make great money
Behind her back? Does she want to watch? Why do people say such stupid things?

Lisa Wright: I’ll get you and your little dog too
🧙♀️🐕🦺😂
My favorite MIL voice!

Lisa would try to Sue a weatherman for fraud bc he said it was going to be sunny and the day was overcast instead

Please go back to the transparent chat boxes? We can’t see the UFO.

Why does Lisa sound like Stuart's mother on Saturday Night Live? And no, I'm not related!!!! Lol
No mention of him having to pay alimony or child support?
Good original story!!!
Surgeon ...NOT reading the patients chart ?
Scary
Ofc the husband is an horrible too
Morning
Good morning:)
Good morning from Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada 🤗💖🇨🇦
Why does the males laugh ALWAYS sound forced? It sounds like a "nice guys" laugh. Even the 'good guys' (like the dads) laugh makes me shudder

This mil character is so obnoxious and rude
This voice is annoying
