Mr De Burgh, Did you know that your ability to put the simplest words together and write such an expressive song with great emotions is a miracle? I adore all of your songs because they somehow reflect your possitive attitude to life and humanity. I've been listening to them for 10 years and i always feel hope and happiness in my heart after listening

Love the new version of Waiting for the Hurricane.I remember queuing up outside the RDS at Simmonscourt at 2 pm with all my mates for the 8.00 show of the Best Moves tour. Front row seats we had.A great concert.Hard to believe it was over thirty years ago.Keep up the great music Chris.
My first ever album, given to me by my mum was 'Beautiful Dreams', I love the tracks and have continued listening to Chris since, so to find the album Home was brilliant, I love it when some of the songs have a key change which almost takes them into another of Chris's songs or words which reminisce with another song. I've not found a copy of the bonus tracks from the German release yet.
My first EVER album purchase in my life was Mr de Burgh's album " Lonely Sky and Other Stories", so called because, in South Africa, the track "Spanish Train" was BANNED by the religious nuts that controlled our country. Thank you very much for your inspiring music through all these years, Mr de Burgh. Your way with words, and ability to tell stories has always been a huge inspiration to me. I STILL have that first vinyl album (and a few of the others). Keep on singing!!
