Im hesitant only because I live in a hot place, and from what I understand they produce a lot of heat, the ultra cool would have to be a definite add on
The stage 4 kit should come with the oil cooler assist fan. I live in Texas and yes the bike does run hotter but not nothing crazy. I did do the DK customs oil filter relocation kit and tank lift on my Road Glide ST. Much more cheaper than the ultra cool fan in my opinion.
Glad you stuck with the smaller 483 cam with the big bore kit to show us the numbers I bet it snaps early and hard! Would be lots of fun Ofcourse you will get a bit more like 150+ with the 515 and injectors but interesting to see for sure, i wouldnt be in any rush thats plenty of power as it is for the streets, might be less street friendly with the bigger cam but i wouldnt know first hand Maybe one day but wow when you twist the throttle the thing just goes
It ain't too much until you lose the back end and can't get it back. Until then it's awesome. You won't know until you need to ride in less than optimal conditions; the rain, lumpy gravel, greasy driveways, steep windy shady mossy, fall leaves, basically all the places you need to great throttle control. Take us along on that first fall rainstorm ride; you know when the leaves are blowing sideways across the parkway.
I ride my 124 in all those conditions. Makes 145tq at 2500rpm. But it’s insane smooth and the throttle response is not twitchy. It’ll break that back tire loose of course or pop up front end if u drop the hammer .. but ya kinda gotta wanna do it

@@aidan285Dude, the FB 114 is such a beast. It was my first HD, and I thought at first I was used to it that it needed more, but once you really start cracking on it you realize it's a great engine. Cam and full exhaust will make it even more so.
You need to ride a H2R kawasaki with a stage 3. Installed and flashed ECU then youl see what power is all about. You haft to lock your self in and hold on really tight when you crank the throttle. Feel the Rush 400km plus
How would you compare this 131 with your 122 with 475 cam. Obviously better peak numbers but how’s the low end compare. Doing a 122 kit and have 475 cam. Thinking about switching to cr 483 cam instead.
The buell is insane I love my st and stage 2 with s&s 475 cam, exhaust and air cleaner around 130hp and 140tq. He should be making more power no doubt about it

I rode an ST with the 117 at a demo day. I can't imagine needing more power than is already there.
You don’t NEED it. But it is fun. I have the 131 kit on mine. I love it!

I have my harley built and it runs better than stock. With a dyno tune they will have it running a lot cooler.

These big motors don’t take any work to run at 90. You’ll get better mpg just cruise at 85 than 117 with the cam
