Sir ,I got urine and KFT done twice in a gap of 2 months and it is normal. In ultrasound ,few simple cysts found of largest size being 2 .6mm .Prostate enlarged to volume of 46 .
But urine is foamy (not cloudy though) when drinking less water it turns dark yellow.
Please advice.

Writting this, hopping that someone will get some courage and benifit from this. For the past few months I was worried like hell that I might got a kidney issue, went to numerous tests (Routine Urine, Albumin Creatine Ratio, Urine Culture, Kidney X-Ray, Ulta Sound) every thing came out to be normal. So, here's the thing, it's quite normal for some people to pass foamy urine (specially in the morning), maybe the semen is getting mixed up or something else, but it's nothing to worry. By the way kidney issues have other symptoms too, like frequent urination, swelling of legs and eyes (below), etc.

@@lavinamehta1547 there's nothing to worry, just rely on 24 h albumin test Or albumin to creatine ratio, if that's ok... There's really nothing to worry. And bubbly urine doesn't necessarily mean a problem, it could also be the result of 100s of other harmless things.
