What about profiles with 491 score submitted after February 25, 2024 at 11:55:12 UTC? Will they be invited in OINP Tech draws or they won't be considered as higher cap will be 490.
Hi Kubeir, I have applied for OINP foreign worker stream. But when I submitted my application I only had 1 year 9 months and 20 days of work experience. But OINP requires 2 years of work experience before I submit my application. Today I have completed my 2 years and my file is “Decision In Process” status. What are the chances of getting approval??
If someone doing a job as a software eng. and pr supporting lmia job at a same time then can we add both these jobs into our express entry profile and be eligible for stem draws too?

Is aip program is taking so much time. I applied for AIP last April till now i didn't even get my endorsement as per my agent. Only i received a confirmation email sent my agent that my endorsement is approved by agency nothing from HSRDC Is it genuine or I'm getting played. Pls reply

It is also a good sign for people waiting for General Draw with above 490 or so... because these 4500 Canadians are already eliminated from the pool within that range.. so the CRS score for the next General draw can be low cutoff score... let's wait and belive in God..
Q: For OINP tech draw, FSW candidate need at least 1 year experience in last 5 years, in contrast to STEM draw where 6 month experience is required in past 3 years, right?

I updated my job profile yesterday NOC 22302 - Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians which falls under STEM occupations, I got 521 points. Am I going to receive an invitation from this particular draw? Thanks!
Bro I have the same job title NOC but I don’t think so it comes under stem category because we are work as title like technician, but for STEM we need engineer title with same responsibilities.

mr.kubeir,i religiously follow and watch your videos on youtube and consider you to be an expert at what you do, i've also recommended my friends to watch your videos to get grips with latest immigration news and facts, i have one question that's been eating me out lately and i believe you're the right person who can give a proper answer to this, i have done my engineering and masters in civil field and i do have work experience in civil construction, am i eligible for stem category?
our NOC must match your job role and the this NOC should be part of the category draw.

ITAs can take up to 48 hours to arrive.

My son with CRS 495 invited for STEM draw but mail he received say u r invited under CEC what does it means he has experience of 1 year in India in STEM occupation and going to complete one year in CANADA on May 29 this year ie after one month how he can be considered under CEC it’s a big confusion please clarify thanks in advance
Cec is the sub category under which he needs to apply, nothing to worry about, he can apply after may 29th i.e once he completes his 1 year at work.. You have 60 days to apply, so at that point you will still be left with around 10-15 days...

I have my express entry profile and ielts expired in Sep 2024.
My CRS Score is 475.
Can I appear for Academic ielts while keeping the profile in express entry pool for future study intake if Express Entry or PNP does not work.
Mr Kubeir sir can you please suggest. Will it impact my Current Express Entry Profile. My age is 27 as of now.

@@bhavikvasava4853 they won't be considered. The upper cutoff will be 490 and that's what they will go with
How would the score increased to 491? I believe most of the guys followed your idea to get just 6 months of experience recently (could be fake or genuine) in the IT noc codes. This is ridiculous. Just 6 months of experience and 6+ years of experi3nce guys are in same STEM category. Stupid Canada Immigration plans.Where is the recognition for experience here. I know I don't have to question here. This is immigration plan and guys are utilizing it. All the best!
