    This simple, fluffy and soft hotdog in a bun is addictive. Kids will love it, great for parties and birthdays.
    I usually make my dough in a container with a lid, but sometimes I make it in a pot, like this time.
    1½ cup water
    ½ cup olive oil or vegan butter
    ⅓ cup sugar
    1½ tsp yeast
    Let it active for 5-10 minutes, then add
    2 cup flour
    1¼ tsp salt
    Mix well with a fork or with a big spoon, then
    Continue to add
    2½ cups flour
    Mix again well and then knead until formed into firm, smooth dough.
    Cover with lid and
    Let it rise in closed oven, or on the counter kitchen.
    I always place my dough in closed oven for it to rise.
    Let it rise for at least 60 minutes or more.
    Roll and shape into a long rope and
    Cut into 10, I did it because I had 10 hotdogs, so it's up to you to how many pieces you want to cut your dough into.
    Each dough, roll into an ovel and place one hotdog on top of the edge, fold as you can see in the video and,
    Place in a tray, let it rise for 15 minutes.
    I let it sit in closed oven 😉.
    Bake at 150F for 10 minutes, and then @350F for 30-40 minutes or until the top is browned.
    Notes:
    My first tray of 5 buns I made 2 slits on each.
    On the second tray of 5 buns I brushed oil and sprinkled sesame oil.
    All optional.
