- F in the chat for the editor who had to cut all these annoying Jonah moments together.
From "Superstore": Superstore was created by Justin Spitzer, an 'The Office' vet. The series is based in a retail workplace with an off-the-wall boss (Mark McKinney’s Glenn), a will-they/won’t-they romance (between America Ferrera's Amy and Ben Feldman’s Jonah), and a whole bunch of people who might rather be working anywhere else but are nonetheless relieved to have their low-wage jobs at Cloud 9
Superstore is streaming now on Peacock - bit.ly/WatchSup...

I honestly think Mateo can be MUCH more irritating than Jonah but Mateo is also iconic lol
Mateo is a mood and Jonah is that one awkward guy that wants anything to be fair
yessssss
I think that’s the point ahah
So we’re just gonna ignore how Justine annoying Justine was
Mateo was the main character
He's smart but he's such a himbo at the same time
SO TRUE
What's a himbo
@@izzysan4013 it’s like an attractive guy but he’s kinda dumb
@@padméamidala24 ohhhhhhh yeah he can be so helpful it makes him dumb I get that
i think himbos are supposed to be attractive tho
The title says ”being deeply annoying", but it might as well say "being Jonah"
Eject rn
Jonah was never annoying in my opinion, only a little awkward. He was one of my favorite characters with Amy, Cheyenne, Garrett and Dina,
Garrett is the absolute worst
He was definitely annoying sometimes. The constant need to explain things as if the others don't understand when they actually do, they just don't care and he knows it. I know someone like that and they are exasperating. lol I found Glen more annoying than the rest though, he's nice but the eps where he was so gullible almost made me stop watching the this show. 😂
this is literally just an optimist trying to help people out... sometimes it comes across as annoying but he's a good person! jonah simms has never done anything wrong ever.
i alwayz thought he waz pretty bad to kelly though. treating her az a zubztitute from the get-go.
@@neihomai8 please use the S key
@@CatFoodCritic that key iz broken. my laptop iz over ten yearz old.
well it comes across as annoying because it is annoying..
It’s called toxic positivity tends to be annoying. Like putting a “be grateful” sign in a hospital
Jonah is like the little brother annoying the whole family, but at least he's not doing it deliberately, at least he's smart, he's sweet and he has a heart
jonah has never done anything wrong in his life leave him be
He’s never done anything in his life...
hes annoying asf sorry
@@almaberge3692 you're annoying
@Lucy Richards he didn't leave her 😭 she gave him no choice, you can't expect him to want to move to california with her after she straight up rejects his proposal
@Lucy Richards essentially the same thing, amy saw no future with him at that time, so why should jonah drop everything and move to cali with her?
He kind of has the same energy as Ben Wyatt, I think
Jonah is Ben Wyatt with a different job, but still full of anxiety haha
literally the same person
But a little more annoying
how dare u insult ben wyatt this way
Ben Wyatt's baby brother
lmao you call this annoying, he's literally the purest person ever
exactly!
stop lying to yourself 💀 white liberals are annoying asl wdym
He's the best I love him
So now we are bashing white people for beign liberal, but cancelling them for being conservative, hmmm i see
He’s literally like the most rational. He’s the smartest guy probably, he can be annoying but you can agree he is mistreated a lot!. TL:DR love him
Jonah doesn't care about dogs? But we found out later he really loved his dog, Matilda.
maybe that’s why he distances himself from dogs now
I think it's part of his dark history, it cringes him out and he's trying to forget that part of his life
@@renge5589 it doesn't help that his family tell that story to anyone who would listen. I think he doesn't wanna remember the his family constantly shame him for the dog obsession rather than the dog obsession itself. lol
jonah is not annoying he’s never done anything wrong in his entire life it’s true
I've read your comment while the part about him not liking dogs was playing, so you're really wrong there! LOL
I've read your comment while Jonah says Garrett is luck for his condition lmao
if you don’t like dogs you can go to hell
Annoying does not mean bad lol
@@ChevaliersEmeraude its not like he dislikes dogs he just doesn’t really care about them that much
I was not annoyed by Jonah so much as by people’s attitude towards him. I don’t understand what is annoying about him.
HSI attitude toward them is what makes him annoying he’s a normal character but also unlikesble
SAME i think Mateo was much more annoying at times and they really treated Jonah badly for no reason
@@federicacucchetti3792 jonah literally tries his best to be accepting and open minded , a king
Jonah had a wealthy upbringing, parents who provided him everything and he basically took a low wage job out of boredom. Every other character struggles with things he will never truly understand so I get why so many other characters are constantly annoyed with him.
He's annoyingly perfect. 🥰
He’s not necessarily annoying he just makes me cringe sometimes I love him tho
One of the best sitcoms I've ever watched
Well you will flip out when you will see The Office 😜
@@nivi6414 watched all of them, the office, b99, parks and rec, modern family. Superstore is 100% up there
@@ammarsmesem5590 oh great! Just watching the clips of this on UA-cam. Seems to be a pretty good one to be honest🙂

he is the loml he wasn’t annoying and will never be even a second in his whole life ty
exactly !!
ur so real i love him :')
he is annoying but in a very cute way and i still love him
never seen superstore but am I the only one who thinks Jonah seems like an alright guy? is that the joke? idk
edit: 1 year later and i finally watched it and i love it sm
Yes, he is always trying to do the right thing but it usually backfires on him LOL
You should watch the show, it's awesome
Please watch u wont be disappointed
It's a good show. Def worth a watch. Last season kinda sucks tho
Yeah lol it’s just hes so insanely annoying whenever he tried
Ive seen superstore s1-s6 and jonah is okay for me not really annoying probly coz I relate to him 😂 honestly amy is the most annoying in the show
jonah is literally the best character on the show who made this video?.$;!:$;!
@@almaberge3692 WDYM
i really like Jonah, i feel like the show is trying to gaslight him to be much more annoying than he is with the other characters reactions. He hasn't grown and he it seems like he can't do anything good as all his good intentions lead to bad outcomes (which is kinda the whole episode format of the show) but it just makes me feel so bad for him. Like idk, i would've quit so long if i were him.
I think he is one of the least annoying main characters on this show
"I want to be A-Hole!"
Yeah, Amy didn't think that through.
I said the same thing. I laughed way harder than I should've at that scene.
To be fair I definitely get him on not wanting to upsell customers. It feels really awkward sometimes and I absolutely hate it.
Lmao I think jonah is super relatable
I think he just gets more slack for it cos he’s a guy and I’m a girl. It’s normalised to hear women being politically correct, stumbling over words to not hurt others, and confident in stereotypically feminine behaviour. If that’s annoying, then yeah women get called annoying and that’s how they’ve carved the world to be 🤷🏻♀️ honestly tho, these people exist
Really, everyone on the show is bad and no one is ready to admit that Jonah telling them it’s wrong makes them feel guilty or evil so they bully him because he’s right
@@chlooeydeschanel5159 I mean, that aside, he's also a know-it-all, when you add it all up, you get yourself one annoying character... And this show as Glenn...
That’s the point of his character. He means well and tries to be morally upright but is constantly putting his foot in his mouth. Every character in Superstore is relatable because we know people like them or have been like them at one in our lives. All these characters have flaws which makes them annoying at times but also makes them more realistic
@@chlooeydeschanel5159 they aren't all bad
My problem with Jonah is that he needs to recognize that it's okay to gt mad sometimes and defend himself. Its like, he's so afraid of stepping on other people's toes even though they repeatedly hurt his feelings. Like, sometimes it's fine to let out a bit of anger and show that you don't feel okay with something. The way everyone treated him in the beginning was literally bullying, just because he was born into a richer family. They are literally enforcing the whole class divide thing, and Jonah never intentionally showed his privilege in their face. They always attacked him just for existing. So he's white, middle class and and a man. So what? He can't do anything about and they act like he can. Also, I hate the way Dina jumped him that one episode with the robber. That was literally sexual harassment, and if anything, she was extremely hostile and bullying towards him the entire show. Maybe she was mad after he rejected her? Like...reverse the roles guys this isn't okay.
This is all so true, he deserved to be treated better. I relate to him so much, but my low self esteem and anxiety would not be able to survive in that kind of workplace.
Jonah's my favorite character.
Jonah is such a himbo and I mean it, couldn’t find one compilation of him being smart but okay Lana
@Lana Kamel id say hes educated but i wouldnt necessarily say he's smart. brett is obviously the smartes one lol
the brexit costume was clever
that eject scene was amazing
I'm assuming you mean annoying to the other characters
Jonah is such a perfect portrayal of a white liberal and Ben Feldman is such a great actor and cringe comedian, that you think his whole character is intentionally this embarrassing lol
I feel Ben Feldman naturally is like Jonah in many ways. The cast all picked on him in similar ways too.
@@SLone3251 Wait really? I'd really like to have a hour long conversation with him and see who breaks down first
@@mariavincent1750 Yeah hes said that Jonah is an exaggerated version of himself
I liked him in As Above so Below, a horror film that was set in the French Catacombs.
@@thebakalord I like that movie too
This show is so underrated!! I love it.
Jonah is (I think) a genuinely good person, but he can be very annoying at times 😂
It just hit me that I'M Jonah... Except not Ben Feldman hot and twice as annoying
Idk about annoying, cuz I would die for Jonah, him and Glen are the best characters.
Jonah reminds me of my younger brother, he's not annoying just because he cares about others and tries to be optimistic, like I'd take a thousand Jonah's over an "I hate the world !!!! >>>:(" character every tv show seems to have, or a character like Garrett who is so sarcastic all the time I can feel nothing for absolutely any of his character scenes
Fr. He’s nowhere near as annoying as most of the cast and honestly I feel kinda bad for him bc he’s just so awkward but also confident, which kinda leads to a lot of embarrassment. I also feel horrible how badly he gets treated for trying to do what he thinks is right! Jonah deserves better tbh.
hes annoying but in like a fun way. like he's embarrassing and its so fun to watch him. a sweet dude, well meaning he's just perpetually nervous all the time.
I think the reason I like Jonah so much is how much he reminds me of me 😂
Jonah is so hilarious the way he digs himself into holes with his mouth when he's nervous but he's not as annoying as Glenn.
jonah reminds me of britta from community
Ron LaFlamme before he got his law degree lmao
Ron Laflamme is just hydrated Jonah
idg why people in the comments are calling jonah a himbo. he's really smart. he's just very awkward.
He was the least annoying character and the only one with more than 3 braincells.
As someone that is frequently described as being annoying, I relate to Jonah so much
jonah simms dilf my sweet prince best person i know!
I don't understand why this character is so vilified and knocked around just because of his race and gender.
If you watch the series, you will know that he is a genuine, pure and kind-hearted person who is treated like trash by Amy, even though he loves her and is willing to wait for her.
And the reason he usually finds himself in these awkward situations is because he is mainly dealing with idiots or mean people.
Garret is also an awesome guy, behind the prankster inconsiderate persona he displays.
This is literally me.
all these moments made me love jonah more, is that wrong?
So they just bully him got it
*Who else love jonah?*
This is the perfect example of a well-meaning person that often comes across as ignorant because of his privilege 😂
you guy should search up "Justin Trudeau Provides Encouraging Update On Canada's COVID-19 Crisis". They're dad & son. The way they talk and everything - so similar
Amy was the one who annoyed me to the core, she had an inferiority complex and was so unnecessarily rude
Don’t you mean superiority complex???
@@caitlingillshe had a toxic blend of both; she acts like a cog in the machine while acting superior to her coworkers
He's literally the most relatable character why is everyone so mean to him
the amount of second hand embarassment i have for him dear god
The Best line of Glenn - 7:05
comedy bites thank u sm for cringing thru the pain for us😭😭😭
I love Jonah and how the others make fun of him.
Matteo uploaded this
Definitely
I get Jake Pereltra energy lol
Gotta love Comedy Bites! Great channel!
He's Randy Marsh with the video camera on Black Friday 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ah Jonah, you're too good, man. He didn't want to repeat the word "pussyfooting" back to Amy even after she threw it at him as in insult
the fact that amy knew exactly was jonah was gonna say 😭😭
also a dilf will never be annoying this is atrocious
Jonah never annoyed me, it was always Glenn.
if this is an official channel, why are some clips made higher pitch?
Because UA-cam will take it down if it’s directly from the show lol
‘Is it because they don’t like you’ 😂
I can't believe comedy bites tricked me into watching a video by making the title more tumblr-like
Jonah is the best
3:18 I can totally relate. I am INTIMIDATED when I chew chips/vegetables in a quiet crowded area
“I’m not opposed to weapons, I fenced in college.”
LMAOO hes so annoying but it's so hilarious
Plzzz Mii Jonah isn't annoying...he's just extremely nice, truthful n loveable ♥️♥️❤️❤️☺️☺️🌹🌹period.
Oh also I loveeee Jonah Amy n the entire superstore
Ps..m not a dog person either
Personally, Amy was the most annoying character in the series
Amy was the worst character all around idk who wrote her as a protagonist
nah mateo was the worst
She was absolutely awful. Jonah deserved better. I rage quit the final episode because I couldn't stand the way Amy acted around him
@@puppa8619 also true.
@@renge5589 and its odd because usually the gays are my favorites. mateo somehow managed to be that awful
*poor jonah* 😔
I don't like you if you hate Jonah.
if someone is being a good person it doesn't mean that they're annoying
Oh no not Jonah being Jonah
The title is like 10x more funny coming from this channel lmao
as someone named jonah we are not all annoying
But all Cross’s are
I'm currently on episode one and it feels like...that he is a good person who tries in life but some higher power hates him, so Jonah puts his foot in his mouth constantly.
I just realized Jonah’s disassociation from dogs has to do with his childhood dog.
hands down the best character on the show
He's not annoying. He's my soulmate. I am Jonah. 😂🙈🥰
I don’t know if I should be feeling bad about myself for this but I never found Jonah annoying. Rather he was my favourite part of the show! I thought that was the entire joke of the show; having other characters dislike the one person that was actually reasonable most of the time
glenn is easily the most annoying person idk why people like him, he is funny sometimes but yeah
He’s my favorite.
Its the same appeal that Jonah has; they are so dumb that they are funny
And... where is the "annoying" part?
Jonah is hot and cute and all that, so he can shout at me and i'll still blush! 😂🤣
leave my himbo child alone
Let people do what they need to do to make them happy, mind your own business, and do what you need to do to make you happy
That's what his issue was, especially a job where it's not exactly the best work environment!
Not going to lie, I have the biggest crush on Jonah.
I legit think most characters are more annoying than Jonah tbh
I love how he is supposedly just eating in his break then he just dug his in own grave in just a minute 🥹
Awkward Jonah is the best Jonah!
My fave character in the series! ❤❤❤
i love when sandra exposed scott mcphee
I don't get why so many people don't understand why Jonah is annoying, sure he's not a bad guy but he also doesn't mind his business. He's like two steps away from being a "Karen" and that's why he's put in his place. These people just want to work, and do what is comfortable in a work environment that isn't. This is like working at Walmart, trying to be the moral police!
Lol what. Saying he doesn’t mind his business when literally none of the other employees do 🤣 I think his constant “wokeness” is probably the most annoying because it seems like overcompensation
U r spot on and that is what makes the character funny. A guy that thinks he can change the world whilst working in a multinational retail company
Jonah my poor grape cake
💀💀
this is the best video ever
I LOVE HOW JONAH IS ANNOYING HATS HIS CHARACTER STOP CHATTING BAOUT HIM LIKE THIS WTF
The way she says "Jonah "
