Poor Lady Chun, the emperor is so blind on this. He should never had those wicked women in his court. In my opinion, he should had wise, generous women like Ruyi and Hailan, spirited, righteous concubine like Consort Ying and Que, affectionate, heartfelt ones like Consort Shu, and gentle women like Consort Chun and Yuan by his side. It was for his best if he ever cared and protected them and never succumbed to madness or flattery from evil women like Jia and Ling etc. It was for the best for him to have gentle, good hearted women by his side.

If any secret letters were sent out and have been discovered, I assume the consort/concubine that sent the letter will be punished severely for treason. Even the concubine's clan would be punished for participation. The example with Yu fei of the Bhorjit Clan. So with these security measures, it's probably hard to start an coup d'etat.

Ruyi Consort Chun Consort Shu were all victims of the emperor Whereas Empress Fuca,Consort Gao, Consort Jia were forgiven multiple times bcoz of their background even when they were killing imperial offsprings
They are never forgiven. Empress Fuca was faced of her sins in her death bed by the emperor and she died in panic attack and misery, Consort Gao died in loneliness and regret and her father was soon executed for corruption. Consort Jia was stripped off her title and her son was banished. Back in the novel or maybe unmentioned in here, her body was swapped by another maid who died at the similar age, and hers was thrown into a barren graveyard while that maid could own all those glorious titles of a imperial noble consort. But the title ‘Shu Jia’ actually indicates ‘loser’ in pronunciation- a heavy blow and mockery from the emperor after learning the truth.
