    Your videos are amazing!! Thank you! How long do you let the syrup sit in jars before you strain? I really want to make this! ❤️

      This syrup set about 2 weeks before it was strained. Watch for any fermentation that may occur. You can strain and reheat to preserve the syrup if you catch ferentation early. Otherwise, the brew may be heading into wine!

    No need to dry the flowers?
