Your example of 'visitor' mode(4:00 - 4:11) is incorrect. It is simply impossible to pay a bill or book a holiday without first registering an account and doing a financial transaction. A trace is left online.

The concept of digital native was rubbish at the start - a journalist coming up with a theory with absolutely no knowledge or experience of education or the internet at al. The way Prensky's name is still used is frankly absurd.
