My main problem is I have a hard time dealing with boredom so I spend too much time on electronic devices. I know if I use them less and spend more time in silence it gets easier, but it's very difficult do get myself over the initial hump of unpleasantness.
Yeah life is about facing PERCEIVED unpleasantness in order to receive the bliss on the other end.

I've been living in the past. A few months ago, my first love passed way too young (35) and unexpectedly. We never had closure, and I have always thought that maybe fate would bring us back around to fix that. Now she's gone. I was going to stop by and see her on a recent trip but didn't get to go on said trip. Im beating myself up over what if .... there is a chance I would have gotten to help her.
David you sound like a sincere guy. The what if…… is a universal human condition. If it were meant to have happen it would have. Trusting the universe has been the hardest lesson for me. Take it easy on yourself. It will be just as it should be. Promise…
