I love how most of the song sings of the "thirst for adventure" and only when foxy reveals his true self dose he sing of things like "sack this town and find another" almost like he's hiding the true nature of a pirate lifestyle until your already in to deep to escape
I like to think the end, while a reference to the game, also implies he's FORCING you to join thd crew.
Like, he tried to convince you to join willingly, and when you don't, he snatches you up.
I love the glitches in the back, it gives a great hint to how this isn't what the company of Fazbear wants you to hear, this is actually what Foxy is singing.
The real reason he's out of order
Some parts seem family friendly enough… and then he suddenly starts talking like an actual pirate, without mentioning the parts where he sounds like he’s preparing to do his mad dash to the office.

The ending then reminds you that, oh, right, this thing wants to kill you, not be your friend and sing sea shanties to you.
At 2:12, when it shows Foxy without his hat and, assumingly, staring down the night guard, Juno's voice shifts momentarily. For a few moments it sounds like a normal voice with no accent. Maybe the soul possessing Foxy was slipping out more then it intended, like it couldn't keep itself fully "in- character."

Honestly Juno is the perfect choice for foxy, the way he has so fun doing voices like this and does them incredibly well makes him the best option for roles like this, well done MotI crew

Love how it’s clearly meant to be a lighthearted pirate song, but throughout the entire thing there seems to be *something* off. Something uneasy. Something wrong.
For a song based on a game such as Five Nights at Freddy’s, I was not expecting such a jolly yet haunting (jaunty?) sea shanty. It’s really catchy and I can’t stop listening to it! Well done to everyone on the team!

@Asmodeus_682 Yes! It's such a natural fit considering he's 1 of 2 classic animatronics with an actual theme and he leans way further into his then chica dose yet i only know of like 2 sea shanties for him (this one amd a remix of another sea shanty I'm not entirely sure even counts)

Foxy doesn't get many fan songs about him, but boy do they count when he does.
On super duper *rare* occasions, I can actually sometimes be scared of Foxy. This was definitely one such occasion. Not just the faint robotic tint in his voice (speaking of, Juno absolutely killed it 👍) reminding you that this isn’t _just_ a fun cartoon animal pirate, this is in fact a vengeful robot with a built-in deadly weapon, but the lyrics in the chorus reminding you of what pirates actually *_do._* It ain’t all swashbuckling and treasure hunting. I swear our beloved pirate fox ain’t been this sinister and threatening since _FNAF2._
Instant fave. Foxy always was my favorite just behind the Marionette (for whom I am now not-so-patiently awaiting a song 😁), this song more than did him justice, well done, everybody! 🦊🏴☠️

This is... actually amazing? I didn't think anything would be able to top Unbroken, but this song just might. Juno is AMAZING as Foxy oh my god, the roughness of his voice and the way rolls the Rs is perfect. He sounds EXACTLY like Foxy's VA, it's scary. The amount of personality given to Foxy in this song is great, similar to how Jenny and William were given a ton personality through the lyrics of the other Fnaf songs. (And in Jenny Fitzergerald's case, her character was entirely new, so building up a defining personality was a great move) The mix is great, something that's consistent with all the Fnaf Bytes so far, making the song stick in my head even more, especially with the accordion popping off. Steel is a fantastic composer, and I can't wait to see what the other Fnaf Bytes sound like, and what characters they'll focus on. All in all, great song and great job! I can't wait to see what's next, though I have a few guesses. The Puppet? Circus Baby? Golden Freddy? Springtrap? But we all know what we really want...

The whole "hand and eye" thing itself is a reference to the books, where Foxy curses a dude to lose just that.

I like how you can hear the same wubbing and ticking souds that are in unbroken in certain parts of the song.

In all seriousness though, this really does sound like Foxy's hit song before being decommissioned at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and I love it! Juno hits perfectly as Foxy and the ending was perfect, too.
100/10. Would totally recommend to anyone else who hasn't seen it yet.

Ohh, this is really cool. I don't think there are a lot of fnaf songs that are about the characters without any of the lore thrown in? At least none that I listen to? Like, at most it's implied, but someone who knows nothing about the lore wouldn't be left out of the loop, this is about Foxy and not the dead child possessing him. It's really well done, depicting Foxy as an actual pirate! The tune is really neat, too, especially the allusions to game music like Foxy's dun-dun-ing plus the toreadors easter egg is fun! Thank you for making this song!

This is so good that it makes me angry that the actual FNAF games don't portray Foxy like this.
It's so interesting to see a song sung by the animatronics as characters. They don't really have much personality in the games, and usually, the personality the fandom gives them is moreso the personality of the murdered children within the animatronics. But this is a song sung by Foxy, the character made by Fazbear Entertainment, not the dead child hidden inside him. And I love it.
Security Breach gave the animatronics more personality in exchange for the series spook factor, which make sense since SB is essentially a soft reboot and wanted to move Fnaf forward in a time when the series was starting to get stagnent

Damn glad I decided to watch. Juno did such an amazing job with this one! And the music itself is such an amazing mix of sea shanty and glitchy dubstep. Also, I’m honestly surprised I haven’t found a lot of comments about the reference to Step Closer.

The MOTI team strikes gold again! This really was a shanty worthy of Foxy the Pirate Fox, with its upbeat tone and true sense of wonder and adventure. Easily the lightest of all the songs so far, being more of a song in-universe that Fazbear Entertainment would play during performances than a musical out-of-universe song like Intrepid or Tilt-A-Whirl…At least, up until about 2 thirds of the way through this song, at which point it switches.
The lyrics are superb - Everything in this song just oozes Foxy, this is exactly how the fearless pirate captain would act if he were ever seen on stage. Every bit of spirit and boisterous joy is perfectly encapsulated in each lyric written for this song, down to the last little detail. Everything about Foxy is here, and the transition from him being boisterous and friendly to being affably threatening is perfectly written. On second listen, the lyrics can definitely be taken both as standard pirate speak and a subtle hint at the true nature of the animatronics, their threatening presence.
And who better to voice that balance of presence than Juno? Juno’s Foxy is truly amazing, how they’re able to go from cartoonishly bombastic and energetic to threatening absolutely seamlessly is incredible. Not many voice actors can boast that kind of range, but Juno pulls it off like it’s nothing. It’s really cool too, as someone who’s been watching Juno’s content since Gangplank Galleon, to see them grow their range and voice acting skills from that to this. Juno’s really outdone themselves this time, and it’s an incredible thing to see
The artwork too, my god! Napstachill really captured both sides of Foxy perfectly in just three art pieces. Hell, they did it with two variations of one piece, even, showing the colourful and bombastic pirate on one where the colours are generally vibrant and stand out, and the cold and threatening robot on the other where the colours have an overlay of sickly green to them, not only capturing the whole robotic feel of Foxy as he hunts you. It also may be a reference to the Phantom Animatronics from FNAF 3? But that seems like a stretch
And I can’t forget to compliment the arrangement - Much like Intrepid and Tilt A Whirl, this song has Unbroken’s instruments within its arrangement. Unlike Intrepid, Unbroken’s elements aren’t covered up and mixed into the background - Unbroken is breaking into the song, with small glitches here and there to remind you that despite everything, Afton’s presence is still here. All of it comes to a head at 2:15 where the instrumental suddenly incorporates Unbroken’s drums and triangle right as Foxy gets truly threatening

The song is really good but I gotta shoutout the artwork, because I was never a big fan of the FNAF series but I did have intrigue with how the kids in the FNAF world saw the characters, where they were actual animals with personality, backstories, had their own universe, etc. The artwork helps that a lot, and Juno's singing and Alex's lyrics really bring that to life for me.

I remember the one book (it was a video talking about every fnaf book) that a kid was mean to his brother, then got cursed by Foxy to lose his hand and eye, and then the boy died, but was forced to watch the surgery to remove those body parts because of said curse.

this feels like a song Foxy would be singing to actual patrons. like he has a show and at a certain time he starts singing this as a side attraction. i can imagine the nightguard accidentally activating this feature, and while it seems normal, all the things about foxy attacking the nightguard come from the spirit inhabiting it.
