Start small and continue building. I would suggest starting with a tabletop because they are low risk. The more you practice the easier it gets and the more comfortable you become.
HR kicked my ass today. Haven’t ridden there in 14 yrs or so. Track has obviously changed and the jumps are bigger. Hell the track is slightly different from when this was filmed. I couldn’t get over the mental block to just jump the jumps.
