Thanks for this video. I'm in the process of producing a course using an audio file from my narrator. This is very helpful.

Mr Ready Steady Excel. All exactly what I want ...but can I send my PowerPoint+sound to someone else, and it remains as pictures AND audio together???? With no faffing (starting loading etc etc).

Perhaps you can help me. I understand how to insert audio into a PowerPoint presentation that requires me to hover over the speaker icon and then click the play button ... just as you've described it in your presentation. However, what I want to do is simply click on a text box and have the audio play. I want to avoid hovering over the speaker icon and then clicking a play button. I'd like to click the text ... kind of like a hyperlink ... and have the mp3 file begin to play. Any ideas?

when i click on audio I don't get the option of record audio. Only pick audio from file.
