Depending on the options, there could be parking sensors, a distronic module and front-facing camera. On my 2022 C-class, they are all attached with on coupler on the passenger side. (in U.S. cars) When I replaced my front bumper cover, I just used ties to attach them to the collision bar so they weren't getting in the way.

@@HasanAliJaffri no problem, If you have a basic Halford tool kit you'll be able to do it on the ground, if you've got a bit of ground clearance
