GTA 5 is so trash, the roads are so wide, the physics are for 12 year olds, there's a game called beamng where you can do just this, along with the realistic physics

I love these rides. I really love driving on GTA V´s freeways and admiring the traffi with Maxed out traffic density and traffic variety.
I love just driving in this game. Especially during the snow
There's no snow in gta v, during prologue yeah but you can't really free roam during prologue
