The wailing sadness undertone really shines beautifully here! :D The Lilium cover was very beautiful and gave me instant goosebumps, but I would've swung a *hair* less in one or two places. I like 90's anime but we have some good content coming out that wouldn't have been as well delivered then; take Mob Psycho 100, Gurren Lagann, Violet Evergarden, every other KyoAni show lol. Though we find ourselves revisiting classics as a testament to their quality, dunno.
Now I wanna hear jazzy stuff like Danganronpa or Professor Layton (Phoenix vs Layton has a great soundtrack) Digimon Cyber Sleuth has the same composer as Danganronpa and that game is a lot like Persona, also.
