Drum combi brake is better where it rains quite often as Disc gets dirty and makes squeaky sound. And even for elderly who mostly ride below 50 kmph drum brake is more than enough.

danish bhau meri discover 150f hai jisme front me disc aur rear me drum hai
jaisa aapne bataya ki disc breaking ke liye sense aur experience ki zaroorat hai lekin breaking power ek dum badhiya hhoti hai disc me
waise mai jab bhi use karta hun break disc aur drum dono ek saath use karta hun
aapka ye comparision waala video bahut accha laga aur bahut hi informative bhi

Always rear brake first as in ABS front wheel will not be locked, but still handling will become dangerous on applying front brake first.
You see that on applying front brake the front suspension will fully pushed in and the handle bar will shake. But on applying rear brake first nothing like that will happen.

Down hills me it's dangerous to apply front break.. so disk break is best in hill area... Because in down hill you have to mostly apply rear break for bike control and disk break gets heated very easily but drum break you will find if its having its last point the break will get applied...
