Very thorough review... If I may add something... Leupold specifically states in their advertising and UA-cam videos the Delta Point is meant for conceal carry. I am running one on my EDC Glock 27 and have to say it was easier to get use to than a traditional red dot optic. The co-witness with the front iron sight is exceptional also. Unfortunately most likely not (unless your 1911 uses the same rear site dovetail as a Glock or a Smith& Wesson M&P). Maybe in the future they can make one for 1911. I think that would be an awesome addition.
