That was the music used in "Two Guys from Texas", which also had an animated sequence featuring Bugs Bunny. I know it's in "Frigid Hare", "Boobs in the Woods", and "A Ham in the Role". I know it's also in that documentary short "So Much for So Little", but I don't think that counts as an official Looney Tunes short, even though it's the same people. So... I guess only three examples. It's small, but it's a good song.
