Hola Familia, welcome back to our channel! This week's video is a nyc week in my life/ life in New york / Day in the life Nyc and of course a Brooklyn Nyc vlog. All that good stuff. On this Nyc vlog, you'll see my life as a Native New Yorker, Daily life in Brooklyn and what we do while living in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn. Pretty much just a realistic Nyc vlog, as a Nyc mom + Just a family living in New York city. Let's get into on what's in this Brooklyn vlog- On this vlog I start by walking over to the Farmer's Market in Grand Army plaza which is every Saturday. Which by the way Nyc farmers market are open throughout the city on different days during the week. We then stopped for a quick breakfast at Tom's Restaurant. Later that day we went to our first Brooklyn block party of the season! It was the 4th annual Saint James Joy block party in Clinton Hill Brooklyn and it was so fun. Lots of beautiful people and dancing. Some good things happening like the New York knicks playing really well in the NBA playoffs, selling some of my blueberry crumb cake, some Etsy orders for Mother's Day. We also tried a new Thai spot in Bedford Stuyvesant called "Little Grenjai" and that was pretty solid and loved the new option nearby. Went to Coney Island and rode the Wonder Wheel, walked on the boardwalk, etc. Visited my grandma in the upper west side. Grabbed some empanadas, took walks in the beautiful blooming Nyc streets, enjoyed sitting at park people watching. Love watching the city come alive.
Basically, it's just us living in Nyc as a city mom, raising a family in Nyc, wife life (a lil homemaker-ish).

Grew up in Brooklyn during the 70s, 80s, 90s & early 2000s. Back when it was a great place. Hopped around NYC. Bronx, Harlem. Moved out of nyc 16 years ago and purchased a home upstate in the suburbs when my wife became pregnant. Nice video. Reminds me of the good ol days. Especially the block party that takes me back to my youth on my grandmother's block at Bed Stuy and when Spike Lee had them. Coney Island reninds me if Friday nights by the Himalaya ride which became an outdoor club. But no way I'd go back to NYC. Not even to visit. It's not the same thanks to gentrification, ridiculous rent hikes, crime, terrible Mayor Adams and now Biden's beloved immigrants. Everything the burbs is not. But thanks for the memories.
