With exclusive footage, the programme looks at the construction of the longest new railway line in Britain for over 100 years, and how it has performed in its initial period. Guests include rail expert and author David Spaven, Manager of Scotland's Railway Alex Hynes and Convenor of Scottish Borders Council, David Parker.
