this is better then what we do in the us. between cattle prod and the steroids and other narcotics we give race horses this is fairly tame. the tail pulling is an attempt to keep the cow close not saying it’s right just saying remember there’s a child on the back of that animal so taking any means necessary to hopefully prevent serious injuries. in the us they practice doping. where they put things like anabolic steroids and even cocaine in a few cases as well has using a high voltage device to shock the horses that can be hand held or on a stick. not to be confused with that cattle prod this voltage is far far higher.
