This is such a great video. The song really fits. My favorite part is after the instrumental break and then the smoke monster hits the barrier right when the music picks up again. I love the song now.
I don't know much about music, but i think these songs are to happy for the flashbacks. You should start with Season 1, especially the flashback at the end is very great!

but this makes no sense, cause in the first season locke is catched by the monster and it wanna rope him in a hole. But locke is the one, who wants to protect the island as good as he can. So?!
