in many of the sub stations trf air cell are not working. should we replace the air cell in all the transformers or should we install automatic breather which recharge at own.. pl suggest

one question......N2 is filled in aircell ..... whenever oil is expand only air comes out not N2 gas......what mechanism work in this scenario....plz explain in another video
