I seriously can’t believe it’s been 2 years since you left your job!!! It’s been a year and a half since I left mine!! Time seriously flies and I feel like it goes even faster when you own your own business!! I hope all is going well and the year continues to send all things positive your way! ❤

I can highly recommend to travel and in your case visit your friend in South Korea specifically. Wouldn't that be perfect? 😊 That's a great chance. 😊 Traveling is such an enriching experience and the further away and the more different the culture is, the better and more impactful it is. Give it a try. 😊 You will like it. And I can kind of promise you, it will have some sort a positive impact. 😊 And if it's just becoming more open to new things and foreign places and people and their culture. 😊
PS: Thank you for your amazing videos, I really enjoy watching them and of course congratulations to your amazing channel growth! 😊😊👍👍❤️

Congratulations on 5k!!! Happy for you answer on habits! Sometimes just asking the question gets you the answer. I found out very quickly that habits don't need to be attached to the goals in all cases. I was looking for an approach to make it easier but at the end of the day I came across one other view that I probably am trying to implement too many habits. So I decided to just concentrate on my goals instead and that makes me happier. You asked if the habits were about lifestyle changes: My goal is to build a tech company and so I need to manage current work, studying and the dream. Many things at the same time. So I needed to find ways to allow it to happen and I thought habits should be a good solution because habits are automatic. Turned out to be almost impossible to force habits and do all the things I need and want. For now I switched to just make sure I am working on my personal goals and will introduce smaller habits as I go. Sadly it isn't possible to "upload" good habits to my system, like waking up at 5am, and hoping I will be motivated also to work hard. But I still have habits that make sense to me - like going to sleep at the same time each night. This habits works towards helping me keep energy every day to work. So in a way having a goal helps you have habits and not the other way around.

I love this!! Thank you so much for sharing the background story!🤩 I think you made a great point about introducing habits slowly.. it becomes a lot when we try to start too many new habits (and goals for that matter at once)! I think you’re new process sounds perfect and as each step gets easier, you can add a new one on! Wishing you so much success!
