Drivers cynically use the left lane on A3 Sbound to cut in across the solid white lines and chevrons at the last minute against the barrier to join the M25 Clockwise.
Wow amazing. It's almost finished... Also cool intro for the Bristol toll bridge. That means you have to pay £1 to the toll person like the bath toll bridge in Mill Lane. And fun fact I'm 43.9km away from Bristol in Wiltshire. But in Wales Glamorganshire I'm 41km away from Bristol.
Video goes too fast to take in, given you have to read the subtitles as well as watch the aerial view of fast moving traffic. Could this be slowed down please, with added voice-over instead of text? TIA
Too be fair, the local Authorities should be providing an official explanation that people can then adopt and treat it as the legitimate rules. (Our guy is brilliant but not legally responsible for driver’s future behaviour)..
Good stuff! Had to slow it down to take it all in though - some overlay illustrations highlighting the lanes woild be useful, but it's too much for iMovie that's for sure. The A3 slip on the M25 from Cobham has gotten so much eorse again eith the recent changes they've made - the full benefits when it's completed will be well worth it, but for now I am pleased to usually go on my motorbike...in the car I get on at 9 or 11 now as this is awful in it's current configuration, although that's mainly due to inpatient cretins who don't want to queue and force themselves in at the end. 🖕🖕🖕
@@jeffwilliams8082the cars going into Wisley will have exited the A3 a little earlier and the cars leaving Wisley will also join the A3 a bit further back, how will that lead to a longer queue?
Indeed - there will always be one selfish person trying to push in at the last moment, or who doesn't read the roadsigns and suddenly finds themselves in the wrong lane, who causes chaos and near-accidents 😞
@@cmartin_okyes , last night A3 going north onto M25 anti clockwise it was a horse box cutting in nearly causing a multiple collision, I guess they will continue as unlikely to have seen the mess.
I went from M25 Clockwise to A3 south last night for the first time in months and pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to queue.
Cool video (thankyou). Shows the muppets already jumping lanes on the chevroned sections (which will earn them points plus fines).
Good point!

Last left turn (M25 anticlock to A3 south) is still traffic light controlled, all the rest are free flow.
M25 clockwise to A3 south
Yes that’s a shame. They could not quite achieve a full free-flow design, but it’s better.
@@philtucker1224 it will be free flow eventually

You can slow the playback speed down yourself in the settings

What are those two bridges to nowhere for?
That will be the new roundabout. The current ones will be demolished
@@aviewthroughthelens thought they were keeping them for like pedestrians or something
@bobthegreat297 they have built 2 new pedestrian bridges.
@@aviewthroughthelens Thanks
Still tragic jams
It is no where near finished to be fair.
A3 exit towards Heathrow will be even more tailbacked with the Wisley Gardens access now closed!

Getting the Wisley garden traffic off the road earlier will actually shorten the M25 queues not lengthen them..
1:19 They spend 100's of millions to solve a problem and completely fail because we're all idiot drivers.
