Just started my journey last month and I’m inspired to start filming! Premier protein is #1 lean body is a close 2nd in my opinion. The only thing I don’t like about them is they contain seed oils and all the stuff most of us try to avoid by choosing alternative milks lol wish you much success ❤
I saw that too. I hate that it has all the extra in it but the taste 😭😭😭 You should absolutely start filming though. So often, we think we’re not making progress until we look back at film and photos to see where we really came from. Best of luck to you babe 💕

Premier protein drinks are so good. Low calorie, low sugar, low carb, high protein. Plus, they have a ton of great flavors!
They are! I want to try the cookie and cream one next
