And also, adding the waist band to the trouser will it not make the crouch measurement to be too long?

Am confused on the lap measurement. I don't get the 10 inches where exactly he placed the tape. Is it from the 1 inch or from 1and half? Have reported it and still.

Pls, would that crouch not be small for the 44 length and the waist, I learnt that you subtract 1 or half inch and add like about 2 to 2.5 at the back, can you shed more light on that please?
