I always carry a water bucket. I think it’s one of the best tools in the game now that they fixed the climbing bug. I also always carry 64 logs just because if I have to carry one. I end up with logs planks and sticks on every adventure. I think bundles are so insanely good for not just that but early game when you want one of each flower, seed type, or sapping. I always have to prioritize something and can’t bring everything to starting base
Same. This will really streamline the adventuring kit. Now I can take (or find and keep) those interesting (but rare) blocks and items. Sometimes, you want that variety of items, but then you only have a few spaces left to carry loot back.
I have an "Animal Husbandry" bundle that has items used to tame friends, as well as leads, nametags, and an anvil. Not a bad idea to have 3 logs in there, for an emergency crafting table and boat. I have a "Farming Starter Kit" with bonemeal-able crops, bonemeal, a little dirt, and a block of ice. This one is inside my tools shulker. I have an "Exploring is Fun" bundle that has a cartography table, maps, paper, emeralds, compass, clock, logs, and coal blocks. In addition to in-progress or completed maps. Bundles are great for maps! I hate having to put my ender chest down just to make more torches, so the logs and coal get used a lot. 9 logs, 8 coal blocks minimum when leaving the house. I have a "mob drops" bundle that I use to collect more than just mob drops.... it's more of an inventory junk drawer... I think I'll rename it! I have a bundle with just villager blocks and emerald blocks. Oh, there's an anvil and some nametags in there too. For java players, using the datapack "More Mobheads" (or miniblocks), bundles are essential. For all players, bundles are great for pottery sherds. You can also put feathers, a log, and a copper block in there for crafting brushes. I used to try to limit bundles to 8 item types, plus a crafting table, so that I could organize it when my inventory was otherwise full, but this is less essential with the gui change. Still, it is worth considering for things that you want to quickly access, to limit it to 8 item types. When they were introduced, I had hoped that pickblock would work with bundles. The developer reaction was that it would be too OP. I don't think so, but hey. edit: my logs shulker now has a bundle for saplings and bone blocks rather than taking up ~1/3 of the shulker. There's probably others that I've forgotten to include!

Now that I've used bundles a bit I have a green "Genesis bundle" filled with 1-8 of every different sapling, seeds/cane, and several flowers so I can terraform any new base easily. I keep an undyed empty one in my inventory just to throw random stuff into to keep my inventory clean. I like to throw a barrel or two in last so I can unload some of the contents into it (otherwise, if what you want is at the bottom, it can be hard to get to it if your inventory is at all full [playing on bedrock with a controller, not sure how to cycle through the bundle 😕]). I also want to make a base bundle with all the work stations and enough blocks to make a standardized base. I will be making a Redstone bundle and a nether survival bag bundle also. I LOVE that you can get these going on day one!
I absolutely LOVE my Bundles!! I carry about 6 of them at a time. They’ve saved me SO much trouble! I have a brown bundle, renamed BROWN PAPER BAG for my paper and maps, a green bag for flowers named GARDEN VARIETY BAG, an orange bag for food named REUSABLE SNACK BAG, a yellow bag for sticks, coal & glowstone named VERY LIGHT BAG. I haven’t thought of a good name for my Job Block Bag… Oh, and single-slot items like my Fortune III diamond pickaxe named MAJOR_ORE_MINER, will not go into a bundle. Only stackable items will fit. Like 16 Ender Pearls or 16 Snowballs, or 64 Oak Planks… or 32 Gold Ingots + 32 Iron Ingots…
OH!! And I had been using them for MONTHS now and didn’t have any idea that I could use the right stick on my PS5 controller to select the individual item in the bundle!!!! You just made them One Billion Percent better!! LETS GET EXCITED!! 🎉
Excellent video! People say "but muh shulker boxes" as if bundles can't be places inside shulkers, but they can. If you're doing a weird project that only needs one of every block, like say a museum that has every unique block on showcase, then you can fit a whopping 1728 different (stackable) items inside a single shulker box.
Bundles could even be valuable late game when you have an ender chest full of shulkers. Since bundles fit into shulkers, you can even expand those slots. For example, you have a Schulker for concrete components. It has sand, gravel, bone blocks, and a bundle. The bundle has all of your flowers to be bone leaked to get your various colors.
I really enjoyed your video on Maps and mapping the surrounding area. So the first bundle I am going to make is for exploration with map Copies, picture frames, cartography table etc.
I like the fact that a bundle can hold things we don't need multiples of. Like when you're adventuring, things like the stonecutter, the furnace, crafting table, etc., all come up, but it's highly unlikely that a player needs stacks of them. Would a shulker box hold more of it? Sure, it would, but that's space you could have used for bulk items, when a bundle could manage single or small number items more effectively. I like the fact that they offer convenience at lower levels and still have a niche at higher levels.
Just a thought, fill an ender chest with shulkers, then fill shulkers with bundles. Because shulkers can't hold shulkers. Same total amount, but more spots, to hold items. So all your situational bundles go in a shulker. Lol.
My potion bundle also has a furnace, wet sponge(s), and cauldron, in case I need to use it in the nether. (You will still need a lava bucket to convert the wet sponge to a bucket of water, and place it in the cauldron to fill water bottles.) I love the mechanic of getting a water bucket back when you smelt a wet sponge with a bucket of lava. 27 slots isn't much when it comes to potions, so my potion bundle stays in a shulker in my ender chest. "Be Prepared" ✔ edit: a few gold blocks will get you water bottles from piglins, if on that first few nether runs. If you don't have nether wart, then you probably don't have wet sponge!
The utility block bundle is going to be a must for me. It's always so annoying when I need to use an anvil, or stone cutter, and I have to look for one or craft one, then forget about where I left it, and have to craft another again.
I don't think shulkers, ender chests and bundles need to be thought of as competitiors. Bundles are weaker in some regards, but they can really compact things in meaningful ways where full stacks don't give much of an extra benefit. I don't think you generally want to go beyond the number of items you can scroll through though. In my shulker box with garden supplies I keep a full stack of bone blocks at all times. So having a bundle with a couple of every sapling (8 or 12 of the 2x2 trees and a few of each of the singles) makes them take up just a single block. Similarly you can put other bonemeal-able blocks, like the types of moss, the nether fungi trees etc into a bundle. You can fit everything you need for a quick potion setup in a bundle (started writing before finishing video :)) I'd keep a hopper in there too and you can have the potion craft automatically instead of waiting and manually inserting. A lot of items I previously kept in shulker boxes can be further compacted with very little compromise. Also having like block palettes when building to see what matches well can really speed things up in the planning stages of a build. For minor contraptions, like an ender pearl stasis chamber, you can pre-pack everything easily into a bundle. A lot of people just keep their shulker boxes in the ender chest too. I always keep one on my hotbar as my expanded inventory where I shove more or less everything I am not currently using. Axe, Shovel, Hoe, Shield, second water bucket so I can make infinite source anywhere, Gold Helm for use in nether etc etc.
They are so useful!!! I have emergency bundle with all the raw materials to make a full set of tools, armor, a bed, torches, and food. Stick it next to my respawn point, if I die, I’m right back in the game. They are also essential when mining and coming back with a ton of loot.
When they actually release them into the game. i will more then likely use them for condensed carry. meaning i will dye them per item. gray-iron blocks. yellow-gold blocks. cyan-diamond blocks. lime green-emerald blocks, red-redstone blocks. blue-lapis blocks. white-bomemeal blocks. then the natural brown ones i will use for mining debris. i typically head straight to the end exclusively for shulker shells. i ALWAYS carry an ender chest with me. i have for years. it always serves its purpose for inventory room. now maybe we can carry full shulker boxes in the bundle to free up more room. that is why i will color code each bundle. so instead of room X 100 it will be more like room X 1000.
I was more convinced by the price of a bundle than your arguments comparing it more favorably against a shulker box or ender chest. To me, you've argued it into a useful early game item that can be convenient at any level of play.
Bundles early but we are at Shulker stage. I carry shulkers for mapping, armor, totems, food, weapons/tools and more in my ender chest plus a silk touch pick axe. I can go anywhere with everything I could need but ye have hundreds if not thousands of Minecraft days on our realm.
Maybe its useful early game. If I could put 64 unstable items, or if I could put a bundle in a shulker box I could use it. But 1 stack? Mixing 1 stack isn't usually late game
After using the bundle myself before watching this vid the main issue with bundles is if you have stacks of somthing there is no point in using it but what is a storage that improves when you have stacks ITS THE TRADITIONAL STORAGE SYSTEMS the bundles literally benefit from the traditional storages weakness and vise versa
You are not supposed to keep 64 items of one thing in your bundle, that is a waste, instead keep items that you would only carry one or two of like the crafting table, furnances, chests, etc
Wish we could upgrade bundles to increase the capacity. Gold level gives you 4 stacks, diamond gives you 9, netherite gives you 12. Great for tool bags.
It will indeed work just fine. However it's 1 bucket -> into 1 cauldron with water -> into 3 bottles, and then the water is consumed. Other than that, there's a renewable source for water bottles in the nether: piglin bartering.
Do you think shulkers will ever have the option to look and click things out of it like a bundle??? I know Java has it but do you think bedrock could ever get it? And what’s your opinion on that?
I will use them but not for brewing as you will be wasting the blaze powder, one blaze powder will do 20 potions and if you only brew once and then pick your stuff up, you lose the blaze powder that was in your brewing stand
I just keep everything in shulker boxes and fill my ender chest with shulker boxes. EXPLINATION: Each shulker is dedicated to one or two item types but filled to the brim. I then fill the Ender chest with the filled shoulder boxes. WHY I DO THIS: If I die, then I don't loose any of my most important items because they are stored in the Ender chest. I'll still use bundles for at least one item I regularly use and pickup. But nothing important.
I don’t understand why people don’t use infinity it’s not about the inventory space that I like it’s bout the time it takes to get the arrows I would rather spend some string and a few sticks every irl week then constantly farm arrows after every fight
I am thinking my plan. Clear most of my ender chest. Throw that in. Add shulker shells and chests. Then can load my ender chest. And inventory. With new shulkers. Because I NEVER EVER have enough shulkers. Or the stuff to make them

You made a great case for why Mojang is just like Apple. They have great ideas and make a decent product but fail to take it all the way and utilize it to its fullest potential. Without being able to put unstackable items in the bundles it is clear that mojo didn’t keep its community in mind and is just teasing ideas. All while saying “but it’s still useful”. It’s these short comings that makes me loose faith in companies. It is fully justified to say, “try harder Mojang”. As for you the content creator, you have some great ideas on how to use them but please, the people aren’t stupid so don’t try justifying mojos short sightedness on not making a truly great update. I disagree wholeheartedly. Potion stacking is a separate issue altogether. Mushroom stew for that matter (it's like they don't even have vegetarians who work there? impossible!)
Why would you want to keep 64 items as totems in a bundle when they are supposed to serve the purpose of a single shared inventory slot for low quantity items?
The animation pack is called Actions and Things. It’s in development for Marketplace but you can add the original non-Marketplace version right now if you have MC on an iOS device (maybe Android too, but I don’t know). If you apply it to an active world on Realms and require players to download and apply resource packs when joining you can trick MC into downloading and installing it on any Bedrock platform (I’ve used this to get non-Market place add-ons on XboxSeries X and Switch. I don’t know if the same works for PlayStation but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. The only thing I don’t like about it is how it replaces your skin with their built-in custom model and skin (called Rana, a cute little frog girl). I’ve tried everything I can think of to change back to my personal skin without success. Clearly @Prowl8413 knows how to do it so maybe he could share with the rest of us? HINT HINT BRO 😊
Why carry 5 boundles with different kits when I can have everything in 1 shulker box and save space ? It don't take more time to put my box on the ground and open it, then it does going trugh all of the different boundles to find the right one. You tried but did not come up with one reason boundles are better than shulkerboxes

Standard problem with experimental features - you don't want to risk ruining a long time world. You'll get them in your regular world when they're released for real.
You can also use it for stuff that you need one of, like ender chests, stone cutters, crating tables, anvils, etc. And as a redstoner and builder, absolute game changer.
if u enable the experimental it makes a copy of ur world so no u do not have to make a new world and once there in full release u can use them in any world no problem

1 infinite arrow does NOT take up the same space as 64 mending(aka the fools favorite folly). My reasoning is simple. 1 infinite arrow is akin to having your entire inventory FILLED with arrows. The fools folly is akin to one stack then facked*. *Vowel replacement may be necessary. Sure, each takes up one literal block of space but the actual useful potential is astronomically different. Mending bows really are imbecilic but I assume your whole schtick is in effort to further engagement. It's more for clutter reduction, it does hold one stack of items, but it can be assorted items.

Wish we could upgrade bundles to increase the capacity. Gold level gives you 4 stacks, diamond gives you 9, netherite gives you 12. Great for tool bags.

Does water in a cauldron work for nether potion bundle?
It will indeed work just fine. However it's 1 bucket -> into 1 cauldron with water -> into 3 bottles, and then the water is consumed.
Other than that, there's a renewable source for water bottles in the nether: piglin bartering.
i got the snapshot for bundles active but not a SINGLE rabbit period. i have not seen a single rabbit in this world
the bundle should open its own inventory like a chest when you want to sort it.
Do you think shulkers will ever have the option to look and click things out of it like a bundle??? I know Java has it but do you think bedrock could ever get it? And what’s your opinion on that?

I will use them but not for brewing as you will be wasting the blaze powder, one blaze powder will do 20 potions and if you only brew once and then pick your stuff up, you lose the blaze powder that was in your brewing stand
Pack a cauldron and water bucket for the Neather.
I just keep everything in shulker boxes and fill my ender chest with shulker boxes.
EXPLINATION:
Each shulker is dedicated to one or two item types but filled to the brim.
I then fill the Ender chest with the filled shoulder boxes.
WHY I DO THIS:
If I die, then I don't loose any of my most important items because they are stored in the Ender chest.
I'll still use bundles for at least one item I regularly use and pickup. But nothing important.
I don’t understand why people don’t use infinity it’s not about the inventory space that I like it’s bout the time it takes to get the arrows I would rather spend some string and a few sticks every irl week then constantly farm arrows after every fight
I use it for a trash bin. When I pass by lava or drop water off or body of water. I just quickly empty it out.

You made a great case for why Mojang is just like Apple. They have great ideas and make a decent product but fail to take it all the way and utilize it to its fullest potential.
Without being able to put unstackable items in the bundles it is clear that mojo didn’t keep its community in mind and is just teasing ideas. All while saying “but it’s still useful”. It’s these short comings that makes me loose faith in companies.
It is fully justified to say, “try harder Mojang”.
As for you the content creator, you have some great ideas on how to use them but please, the people aren’t stupid so don’t try justifying mojos short sightedness on not making a truly great update.

Potion stacking is a separate issue altogether. Mushroom stew for that matter (it's like they don't even have vegetarians who work there? impossible!)
Why would you want to keep 64 items as totems in a bundle when they are supposed to serve the purpose of a single shared inventory slot for low quantity items?

The animation pack is called Actions and Things. It’s in development for Marketplace but you can add the original non-Marketplace version right now if you have MC on an iOS device (maybe Android too, but I don’t know). If you apply it to an active world on Realms and require players to download and apply resource packs when joining you can trick MC into downloading and installing it on any Bedrock platform (I’ve used this to get non-Market place add-ons on XboxSeries X and Switch. I don’t know if the same works for PlayStation but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. The only thing I don’t like about it is how it replaces your skin with their built-in custom model and skin (called Rana, a cute little frog girl). I’ve tried everything I can think of to change back to my personal skin without success. Clearly @Prowl8413 knows how to do it so maybe he could share with the rest of us? HINT HINT BRO 😊

Why carry 5 boundles with different kits when I can have everything in 1 shulker box and save space ? It don't take more time to put my box on the ground and open it, then it does going trugh all of the different boundles to find the right one. You tried but did not come up with one reason boundles are better than shulkerboxes
Or why not have a shulker box with 5 bundles full of stuff, think about it, you would be saving a lot more space than you would with an individual shulker or bundle.

Standard problem with experimental features - you don't want to risk ruining a long time world. You'll get them in your regular world when they're released for real.
You can also use it for stuff that you need one of, like ender chests, stone cutters, crating tables, anvils, etc. And as a redstoner and builder, absolute game changer.
if u enable the experimental it makes a copy of ur world so no u do not have to make a new world and once there in full release u can use them in any world no problem

1 infinite arrow does NOT take up the same space as 64 mending(aka the fools favorite folly). My reasoning is simple. 1 infinite arrow is akin to having your entire inventory FILLED with arrows. The fools folly is akin to one stack then facked*. *Vowel replacement may be necessary. Sure, each takes up one literal block of space but the actual useful potential is astronomically different. Mending bows really are imbecilic but I assume your whole schtick is in effort to further engagement. Like when a shorts movie/show channel NEVER posts the name of the movie so as to garner more comments, it's irritatingly pathetic but it's their choice unfortunately. Oh and like when a shorts channel ALWAYS posts absurdly inaccurate on screen captions so they are essentially guaranteed the 'really? How does _-_-- sound like __-__-__-__-__?'. It really sounds kinda pointless tbh. I think I'd rather have shulkerboxes, donkey, or a mule lmfao put a chest on it an solves all the problems the bundle has. Lmfao can put 15-30 stacks of ender pearls in it 🤣😂 or what ever assorted stacks you desire. Idk just seems kinda pointless if you can't carry multiple stacks. Why not make a update that allows us to open and use the shulkerboxes like the bundle an also the ability to place them down. I think they aren't thinking clearly when it come to what would obviously be a better use of their time. Especially if you can make things have the capabilities like that, why waste it on something that is almost not even worth the miniscule storage space. My opinion this sucks lol. Bundles are not a backpack, they should not function as such since that is not their purpose.
