The only reason I'm willing to believe he is a real human being and not a cybernetic organism, sent from the future to destroy human race, is that bulging vein in his left forearm. That is a sign of a real human effort that the terminators likely would not have thought to replicate.
yo Andrew what's your go to right hand technique for fast continuous 16th notes? im bouncing between 3 fingers, double thumb and double thumb + double pluck but unsure what to put most of my effort into. Should I just work on my 2 finger speed? or go back to pick lol
Hi! I personally use alternating index and middle finger for fast tremolo picking stuff. There's a neat billy sheehan trick which utilizes the pickup as a limiter for how much movement you need to execute the tremolo picking technique. As far as different techniques go, I would say to get all of them in your repertoire (including using picks), as your ability to execute techniques will become a swiss-army knife that you can employ at your discretion to serve the song to the best of your ability. Hope this helps! Best of luck!
@@daseiinn Thanks so much for the tip. If I may ask - when you go for those fast two finger packages, is it more of a "pluck" or more of the "slap-through", you know the slightly bigger finger motion where you make the string hit the frets for clank? I've experimented with both and im not sure which i can go faster with
@@daseiinn Yeah makes sense. Do you ever try to go down the road of "making 3 fingers automatic" as in useable for all subdivisions not just triplety ones? I feel like mine is almost there sound wise but knowing intuitively which finger to do string switches with is almost impossible
