I’ve got 35 acres up on Little Sheep Mt., about 20 miles from this property. Beautiful area of southern Colorado with views, peace, and quiet. These parcels go fast for a reason.
@Patrick That is AWESOME! Little Sheep Mountain is beautiful. Thank you for watching & leaving a positive comment. If you ever want to sell your property, give us a call. God Bless!
What is the source of water? a well? And how about waste/drainage - to septic? How about electricity? How much do you think a 1,000 sf house would cost to build all-in?
Wow, you guys have given so much details, very impressed. I never get from my broker when I pay millions of dollar. Will buy from guys in future Thanks
@JCP That is AWESOME! Thank you! We sincerely appreciate you watching our video & leaving a positive comment. It will be an honor to serve you in the future,. We will work hard to exceed your expectations. God Bless!
@@SouthernSilverExchangeI even if even if you're on the moon the environment environmentalist have a say indirectly as to what you're doing with the land
@@raybon7939 ill say it again. Its quite literally SOME OF THE MOST REMOTE CONTRYSIDE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Who is out there, to care what structure?? I understand environmentalist and have supported theyre work since day 1. Ive always been a grass roots guy. But to suggest that they would waste 1 second thinking of what sheetrock someones using for theyre walls in the house. Im not trying to be a dick man. Its just out in the country
@@raybon7939 i understand Ray. Im just throwing my opinion around. I dont know it to be a fact that noone cares what structure you put on your acreage, but thats me assuming noone is around. If people are around, id probubly agree with you more about an assiocoation or whatever trying to tell you what you can and cant do in a pretty remote neck of the woods. Thats all Ray. I hope i didnt cause any harm. I truly wasnt trying to come off as an asshole or know it all.
"And what beautiful breasts they are" - i cant stop laughing! quick question, these colorado properties you have been posting lately look very yellow and dry, cant anything grow there? if i plant a tree/small forest will it die out from lack of water in the ground? almost looks like desert from satellite images but average rainfall seems to suggest there should be enough
Found the map of groundwater and wells around there that are registrered, seems like the neighbor to north west a mile or two away has a 175feet deep well for domestic and stock. So should be enough water there. then its just a question if they want to give you a permit for using water on growing trees and bushes
i'm considering moving to one of these properties you put for sale every now and then, and am wondering if you provide services (i dont expect for free) like helping with immigration to US after buying the property? i'm from Europe so i have no idea what i'm doing or supposed to do, completely different rules around here

so tempting...but alas...it's in a blue state which is no bueno.
I may have commented on your pronunciation of "Walsenburg", but you did a good job with "Huerfano".
What a great price! Let me guess, it’s already sold.
Is there a water and electric source?
No bueno amigo. You might as well live in a wind tunnel. That dirt patch is right in the middle of a wind plain.
Is there any trees 🌲 on this property?
This still available
Still available
What kind of folks are living there now,
Mostly those that have a hard time living around other folks. I are one. I live in the woods in Ga. but it this had trees I’d be all over it.
It doesn't seem like they give anyone a hard time with structures
Why would they!!!! Your 50 miles from another living soul!!!!!

@Steffan We are grateful you found our humor engaging. Plants and trees grow, they just need more assistance.
@@LANDIO Great! :) but would i need to haul in water for them or would there be enough underground on properties like this one i could pump up?
