I completely agree with the point you shared at 13:10. Additionally, I had the same feeling with every Hyundai I drove, starting from the second gen Santro xing, i10, i20 etc. Definitely there was comfort but felt some disconnect with the car. The smoothness and comfort they provided in those cars took away the mind connected, hands on pure driving feel.

You said it right Vivek.. not so much of cost needed for extending the size of the car a bit but wondering why we still have congested smaller cars, could they be extend a few inches for example a Tiago or Swift could extend a bit makes the rear passengers more comfortable and better leg room I would say same for almost all hatchbacks (non premium) segments.
Why @Hyundai is not providing Spare tyre and sunroof for Alcazar Diesel top models. There are many customers waiting for it. Diesel with Sunroof is good deal. What Hyundai market research is doing? Where did they get this idea. I don't understand why Hyundai is doing this. .
