Their company, YG Entertainment, is a full-service company, meaning that everything is done in- house, they've got their own studios where they create, shoot and edit their own videos, in addition to their own marketing and advertising divisions, nothing is "farmed out". I don't know how long the pre-production is but the girls have said that their videos are shot in three to four days and nights and released about two weeks later.
In this video, the girl who rap "here i come kick in the door" is Lisa, the second part there is Lisa and Jennie rapping tgt in English
In terms of production and director choreography etc etc. South Korean was very insane like literally make you speechless on how did they do that.
