Thats a DSM (Default Spawn Manipulation) with nothing to block your spawn (salvations grip or stasis grenade). After the first tp, kill yourself don't hitting the ground to avoid setting your respawn in the second encounter, after the second tp, ress and you gonna be spawn in the next default respawn zone of the instance (same as the video, and this don't work after a wipe in that encounter)
