The chemistry between the two is what makes this story and how the love story was written. Both characters are great in their roles. Especially Matthew Goods embodies the 1500 year old vampire great. The love story between Diana and Matthew is beautifully told. 🥰👍

I love this story- Yeah, I also love Twilight. I also love A Star is Born (with Striesand). I also love "Spencer for Hire" and his relationship. I always wanted to find a man who could love me, even with my flaws. I found him. We both got old. He died. Now all I have are those beautiful memories he left me. I miss him sooooooooo. One of my favorite shows. A shame there was only 3 seasons. My ONLY issue was how she handled Benjamin. She handled Juliette the same way before she even was in control of her powers. I at least expected Cora once more.
I think it would have been difficult to keep it a 15 and bring up about Benjamin having the sex against the wishes of witches. I didn’t like that they killed Knox at the airport when that was supposed to happen just before Benjamin was killed. As for Satu even in the books Diana spell binds her. I agree it’s a shame they didn’t bring Cora up again and possibly release her. There should have been more episodes for s3. More was cut out of the 3rd book than was cut from the other 2 books. Also sometimes there was useless stuff put in that didn’t happen in the books and that removed could have give time to make things more accurate.

I cannot get it out of my head. I cannot stop thinking about the characters (especially Matthew). I have pre-ordered the 5th book which is out in July. This series (books & show) are just amazing. I’m usually also not into a lot of intimacy but I find myself staring at the screen or page with a discovery of witches.The detail of everything too makes you really feel whenever anything is happening to any character. So I fully understand who’s you feel.

It’s called an adaptation. There is no way to cover all these wonderful and complex books in just 8 episodes during the first season. At least there were 10 episodes in season 2.
