Thanks to Dear Evan Hansen I opened up to my mum about my suicidal thoughts and my anxiety and depression, we've been having in depth conversations about it lately and it's all thanks to my relatability of the character of Evan that helped me open up and get the hep I needed to not feel so lonely and invisible like Evan did so I hope to God above that Ben wins the Tony for such a raw and real portray of a teenager with Anxiety and Depression

LOL like teenagers can afford this!!! I forked over $900 for two seats! Albeit, they were row B in the Orchestra section, but no teenager can easily hand over the amount of money needed to see this musical.
Hannah Bickford I'm sixteen and I waited in front of the box office for this show and payed $189 of my own money for one ticket and it was row F in orchestra. If teenagers are driven enough they can afford to see this show, and it's definitely worth it!
Hannah Bickford Broadway is just the beginning. There's a national tour next year and before too long high school, college and community theaters will be performing Dear Evan Hansen. A film version will likely be made at some point. The impact it will have on teens and their families is just barely starting.
