Like the glass inserts on the cabinets but yes it requires it to always stay clean. Love the double oven and like the windows in the kitchen. I like no door shower, walk in type is what I think it’s called. That’s what we have and it’s great for cleaning!

As far as the market goes, my husband and I would like to purchase a home in the near future and at first we were fixated on the interest rates but it does not appear that the rates are going down anytime soon so now we just want to find something we like and can afford with the current rates in anticipation of being able to refinance in the future

I always tell my husband they have the best 1 stories in the game and I love Highland Homes but their 1 stories are nothing compared to you know. I like the glass, however all that dusting it would need would get on my nerves 🤔because everything in there would be for decoration and I love to bake too much to do that to my kitchen but the size and cabinet space is in point.

34:41 I’m a Realtor here in St. Louis, MO. I LOVE the kitchen! The glass inserts are perfectly done being just in the one area and not across the entire upper cabinets (that’s usually what I see here). My husband and I have been considering relocating to Texas, but have been weighing our pros and cons. Loving your content, keep up the great work!
Love love love a 1 story home... I wish more builders would put sinks by the window and not in the island, but like you said, that requires the kitchen to be located in a certain part of the home. Its so hard to come by, but is a deal breaker for me. Having the sink by one of the windows would have been perfect in this kitchen. Also wished the rooms meant for kids were at the back of the house but still split from the primary. I'm always worried with the kids rooms being at the front of the home. The guest room at the front is perfect. Primary bed and bathrooms were beautiful, would put a stand alone tub in front of the shower...love the double entry to the shower.
I like most everything about this house, the kitchen, the double door shower and rooms sizes seem to all be a little more that adequate. Very nice.
I’m in the market for a home and I am so frustrated right now because the interest rates are knocking me out homes and I have student loans so when they keep going up it takes me further and further out of contention for anything I like. I don’t want to settle for anything. I’m single and it’s just my income. I make a very good salary for me but these interest rates are killing me. So I’m just gonna keep waiting until they go down and just keep saying and stacking my money.
